It is a New Year and a New Decade so it’s a good time to think about change.
You remember how hard you worked this year to get a better grade, get a performance review, land your first client in your startup business.
You remember the early mornings and late nights and the effort it took to achieve your milestone. For sure, you should be very proud.
According to change bias, however, most people remember their past performance as more difficult than it actually was.
Remember that even as you regale your friends with stories of your excellent year.
Hindsight is 2020. Happy New Year!
